Cancellation conditions 2021-2022

Dear guests,

 

we understand the uncertainty when making a new reservation for next summer or winter.

 

Therefore we would like to inform you about our adjusted cancellation conditions.

 

All bookings for the period 1.3. to 30.3.2022 can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival if travel is not possible due to the effects of COVID 19, specifically in the event of a travel warning for Tyrol, border closures, accommodation bans in our establishments and quarantine regulations on arrival and at your home, after your return.

 

Otherwise the following cancellation conditions apply for SUMMER 2021:

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
Up to 7 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee
Within the last week 90% cancellation fee of the booking price.

 

Our cancellation conditions for WINTER 2022:
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
Up to 30 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 40%.
Up to 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 70%.
Within the last week 90% cancellation fee of the booking price.

 

The Europäische Reiseversicherung offers you protection in spite of a pandemic - for your information the conditions:

Cancellation cover also in case of COVID-19 illness despite pandemic status
COVID-19 continues to be classified as an epidemic or pandemic (cf. WHO, Austrian
health authorities).

For all hotel stays already booked and insured with us as well as for all insurance contracts concluded
from 07 October until further notice, we will apply the pandemic exclusion for cancellations contained in our conditions.

In this respect, we grant cover in the event that you, as an insured customer, are unable to commence the trip or have to
have to interrupt the trip
- because you fall ill with COVID-19 symptoms,
- because your temperature is elevated, even if a subsequent test result is negative,
- You test positive for COVID-19 without showing symptoms,
- a close relative (*) or a person living in the same household has COVID-19
and your urgent presence is required,
- because a close relative (*) living in the same household has COVID-19 and you need to go into quarantine

- because you are unable to travel during your stay as a result of your illness and have to extend your stay.
In this case, cover is provided under the involuntary extension of leave.

However, there is no cancellation cover

- if the hotel cannot (or can no longer) provide its services because the business has been closed by the authorities
or the hotel is located in an area for which a travel warning has been issued,
- if you are unable to travel because you have been taken to hospital as a precautionary measure due to a suspected case (e.g. in a kindergarten
or colleagues) you have to go into quarantine as a precautionary measure, or
- for costs of quarantine of the entire hotel or quarantine costs in a separate accommodation.

Furthermore, we do not differentiate between high-risk and non-risk patients when it comes to premiums.
